Scandinavian Dance Fundamentals

Roo Lester will teach key dance skills that are important to Scandinavian dancing and for many other dance forms. We will work on dance skills that develop balance as an individual and as part of a dancing couple. Techniques for leading and following will also be taught. We will apply these skills to several dance types.
